The following verses teach me that
Saul was a saved man

Samuel 10:6 he was turned into another man

Samuel 28: 19 Samuel said “today thou shalt be
with me” Was Samuel saved?
Then, Saul must have been saved
because when he died he went to be with Samuel
So in looking at Saul’s life we
shall have a revelation of what it means to be a carnal man.
